Explera is a destination management company (DMC) — a ground operator that contracts hotels, transport, licensed guides and experiences inside a destination, and sells them at net rates to travel agents, tour operators and MICE planners. This site covers the Japan operation.
Does Explera sell to travellers directly?
No. Explera is business-to-business: it works through travel agents and operators, delivers white-label, and does not market to an agent’s end client. The one consumer-facing site, discover.expleradmc.com, is separate and labelled as such.
