Programmes you can put in front of a client this afternoon.

Six shaped itineraries at net B2B rates, including two built around the Japanese Grand Prix. Day by day, with what is included and what is not — because that is the part you price against.

Does Explera sell ready-made Japan itineraries to travel agents?

Yes — shaped programmes at confidential net rates, quoted to the agent and run white-label under your brand. Each is a starting point rather than a fixed departure: nights, bases and pace all move to suit the party.

On the Grand Prix

Why neither F1 page prints a date.

The 2027 Formula 1 calendar has not been published. Suzuka's contract runs to 2029, so the race is certain and the date is not — and a provisional date on a quotable itinerary is worse than none, because an agent will build a file around it. Both programmes are written against the weekend shape, which does not move, and we confirm against the calendar the day it lands.

What does not wait is inventory. Grandstand allocations and the hotels within an hour of the circuit move within hours of publication, so the clients who get a good weekend are the ones whose agent registered interest before the date existed.

How to use these

Start here, then change it.

None of these is a fixed departure. Add nights, drop a base, move the hotel category up or down, or splice two together — Suzuka with the art islands is the one we are asked for most. The day-by-day exists so you can see the shape and argue with it, not so you have to sell it as written.

Send the brief — party size, dates, budget band and what they actually care about — and we will quote the version you want at net rates, under your brand, with your client staying yours.

FAQ

Japan itineraries — what agents ask.

Does Explera sell ready-made Japan itineraries to agents?

Yes. These are shaped programmes at confidential net rates, quoted to the travel agent and run white-label under your brand. Every one of them is a starting point rather than a fixed departure — the nights, the bases and the pace all move to suit the party.

Is there an F1 Japanese Grand Prix package?

Two. A four-night Suzuka race weekend based in Nagoya, and a nine-night programme that puts the race between Tokyo and Kyoto. Both are built against the weekend shape rather than a date, because the 2027 Formula 1 calendar is not yet published.

Why are there no prices on these pages?

Because the rates are confidential net rates quoted to the trade. Publishing them would either mislead a traveller or undercut the agent selling the trip. Each page states what is included and what is not, which is what an agent needs to build a sell price.

Can these itineraries be changed?

They are meant to be. Add or drop nights, change the bases, raise or lower the hotel category, or splice two together — Suzuka with the art islands is a common one. Send the brief and we will quote the version you actually want.
