Days 1–3Tokyo
Arrive Haneda. Two full days: the city at ground level rather than from a viewing deck, a Tsukiji outer-market breakfast, and one evening that justifies the trip on its own.

Day 4Tokyo to Nagoya
Shinkansen down, reserved and seated together. Afternoon free; the circuit briefing happens tonight, not on the morning of practice.

Days 5–7Suzuka
Practice, qualifying and race day, with private transfers timed against the circuit traffic plan and a rail leg held in reserve for the Sunday exit.

Days 8–9Kyoto
Under an hour from Nagoya. Two days after the noise — temples at opening, a machiya dinner, and nothing scheduled before nine.

Day 10Kyoto or Osaka
Out from Kansai, or add Ise and Mikimoto pearl island on the way if the client wants Mie beyond the circuit.
