Formula 1 4 nights

Suzuka Race Weekend.

The Japanese Grand Prix done without the two things that ruin it — a two-hour transfer on race morning and a hotel ninety minutes from the circuit.

Suzuka Race Weekend — a 4-night Japan itinerary

How long is the Suzuka Race Weekend itinerary and who is it for?

4 nights. Motorsport clients who want the race and one good city, not a fortnight. Couples and pairs of couples; works at two to twelve.

Last updated: 6 July 2026

The shape

Why it runs in this order.

Built against the weekend, not a date: arrive Thursday, practice Friday, qualifying Saturday, race Sunday, out Monday.

Background on the race itself is on the Suzuka event page.

Day by day

The programme.

  1. Day 1Nagoya

Arrive into Chubu Centrair, thirty minutes from the hotel rather than the two hours from Kansai most packages impose. Evening at leisure; a Nagoya kaiseki table held if wanted.

  2. Day 2Suzuka

Practice day. Private transfer in against the circuit's own traffic plan, grandstand or hospitality access, and out before the main exit surge.

  3. Day 3Suzuka

Qualifying. The best value day of the weekend for photography and the one where paddock access, if held, is genuinely usable.

  4. Day 4Suzuka

Race day. Early departure, a held seat, and a rail leg kept in reserve because road egress after the flag is the single worst hour of the weekend.

  5. Day 5Nagoya

Out from Centrair, or connect onward to Kyoto in under an hour if the client is extending.

Included

What the net rate covers.

  • Four nights, Nagoya, in a hotel that holds club-floor inventory ahead of the calendar release
  • Private vehicle and driver for all three circuit days, timed against the traffic plan
  • Circuit access — grandstand, hospitality or Paddock Club, sourced to the client rather than to what remains
  • A rail contingency leg for race-day egress
  • English-speaking ground host across the weekend
  • 24/7 duty desk
Not included

What it does not.

  • International air
  • Anything on the non-race days beyond transfers
  • Travel insurance, which we treat as required rather than optional for a fixed-date event
Lead time

When to ask.

Twelve months. Grandstand allocations and the hotels inside an hour of the circuit move within hours of the calendar being published, and a client who asks in June for that October is being sold whatever is left.
